Alejandra Gorriti (1969, Salta – Argentina)
After a brief experience with graphic novels (Histoire de Wilhem, Les Enfants Rouges Éditions, 2023), she began attending the Altaira School of Art run by the painter Xurxo Martiño in Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
During 2025, she created and developed the Shadows series, in which the figures are constructed with fragmented text transfers on a brightly colored acrylic background, generating a disturbing contrast, an uncomfortable shadow hovering over a pop universe.
